All orders are fulfilled and delivered by  The kosher place, 

The online order confirmation will include an estimated total. The total amount of your final order will be calculated and charged in the Kosher grocery shop and will be depended on product availability and products’ exact weight (for the products that need weighting). 


Minimum Order Amount

There is no minimum order amount.   


Online Orders Processing & Delivery Time

Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours after the receipt of payment and you will receive your order on the requested day. Next day delivery is available only orders in Germany which are placed before 14:00.

The order processing time including delivery is 24 hours depending on the volume of the order/s. For faster delivery please place your order early in the week.

For al euros orders must be placed up to 3 days before the dispatch date of your outgoing order.


Service costs

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order because we won’t be able to combine two or more different orders that have been placed separately and shipping fees will apply to each one of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but we ensure you that special care is always taken to protect your order’s products in well wrapped and amply sized boxes.

Orders containing beer or wine

If your order includes alcoholic beverages, the person who receives your delivery must have any identification document, proving that they are over the age of 18. 

Return Policy

You can cancel your order and request a refund of your purchase price, up to 3 days before the dispatch date of your outgoing order. Returns will be accepted when: We sent you the wrong item by our fault The item you received was spoiled, damaged or in bad condition In order for the refund to be processed, we must receive the problematic item back: Call us right away (same day) with your order number to notify us and email us a picture of the wrong/spoiled/damaged item. Freeze or refrigerate the item (if perishable, even when it’s spoiled or half empty).
