The prices on Platforms are generally the same as the prices charged in the physical kosher grocery shop. Although we attempt to make certain that the prices listed on the Platform on the date they are viewed on the Platform are the same, and that out-of-stock item is clearly marked or removed from the inventory on the Platform. Prices and products’ availability may differ and are subject to change, including the selection of a delivery or pickup date that is different from the date that the order was placed. Moreover, though every effort is made to ensure accuracy in posting pricing information, discrepancies may occur. In case that the checkout price and the price posted on the Platform are different, the physical store checkout price will prevail. Mistakes can be made, including due both to inaccurate reporting of accurate information and accurately reporting inaccurate information. Liability of The The kosher place shop and its service providers
You can cancel your order and request a refund of your purchase price, up to 3 days before the date of departure of your outgoing order.
Returns will be accepted when:
1. We sent you the wrong item by our fault 2. The item you received was spoiled, damaged or in bad condition
In order for the refund to be processed we must receive the problematic item back:
1. Call us right away (same day) with your order number to notify us and email us a picture of the wrong/spoiled/damaged item. 2. Freeze or refrigerate the item (if perishable, even when spoiled or half-empty).
We will send our driver to pick it up the same day for Frankfort orders, and the following week.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. The kosher place and its service providers reserve the right to refuse service, terminate the account, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
